American Business Women`s Association names local Texan as a Top Ten Woman of the Year

Each year ABWA recognizes 10 members, out of thousands of nominations, for outstanding career achievements, community involvement, professional development and educational accomplishments. Those selected represent ABWA and its ideals during a year of travel, public speaking and mentoring.
Winners of this year\'s Top Ten Business Women of ABWA honors were selected for their many career and philanthropic achievements, as well as for their ability to demonstrate how their involvements in the Association have contributed directly to significant career achievements.
An International Consultant, Author, Speaker, and Executive Coach with Eagle\'s View Consulting, Germaine holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Development from the American University in Washington, D.C. and the National Training Laboratories (NTL) Institute. Her warm style of delivery and enthusiastic flair has made her a much sought after speaker and workshop facilitator for many businesses and corporations around the world.
Germaine has been a member of the Humble Artesian Chapter of ABWA in Humble, Texas since 1994. \"ABWA is a very good resource in helping me achieve my goals in business in regard to gaining exposure and credibility. The support system is a luxury that I never expected to happen, and I\'m thrilled that it did," she explains.
She is heavily involved in the community, volunteering for Big Brothers and Big Sisters and as mentor for the Montgomery County Youth Services. Germaine was presented the 2003 Board Award for outstanding service to her ABWA Chapter.
